Payment amount must be greater than zero (0) and match the service you are paying for.
One Payment Per Transaction:
Each submission creates a single transaction. Multiple payments require separate submissions.
Payment Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation email with transaction details and receipt.
Student Verification:
When paying for someone else, you must select the correct student from the system to ensure funds are properly credited.
Secure Payment Gateway:
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. Never share your card details outside this system.
No Refunds During Processing:
Once submitted, refunds can only be processed through our finance office after verification.
Technical Support:
If payment fails, contact our finance office with your transaction reference number.

Ecocash (Mobile Money):
Fast and convenient mobile payment. Valid Zimbabwean mobile numbers accepted.
Card Payment:
Visa and Mastercard accepted. Ensure card is not expired and has sufficient funds.
Privacy & Security
Your payment information is encrypted and secure.
We do not store full card details on our servers.
Your data is protected under ALMA's privacy policy.
Only authorized finance staff can access payment records.
