Please read carefully: Before making any payment, ensure you understand the payment process and our terms and conditions. All payments are processed securely through our certified payment gateway.

Payment Rules & Guidelines

  • Verify Details: Ensure all payment information is correct before submission. Incorrect details may cause payment delays.
  • Valid Amount: Payment amount must be greater than zero (0) and match the service you are paying for.
  • One Payment Per Transaction: Each submission creates a single transaction. Multiple payments require separate submissions.
  • Payment Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with transaction details and receipt.
  • Student Verification: When paying for someone else, you must select the correct student from the system to ensure funds are properly credited.
  • Secure Payment Gateway: All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. Never share your card details outside this system.
  • No Refunds During Processing: Once submitted, refunds can only be processed through our finance office after verification.
  • Technical Support: If payment fails, contact our finance office with your transaction reference number.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Ecocash (Mobile Money): Fast and convenient mobile payment. Valid Zimbabwean mobile numbers accepted.
  • Card Payment: Visa and Mastercard accepted. Ensure card is not expired and has sufficient funds.

Privacy & Security

  • Your payment information is encrypted and secure.
  • We do not store full card details on our servers.
  • Your data is protected under ALMA's privacy policy.
  • Only authorized finance staff can access payment records.
