Dr. Moses Chundu is an economist, strategist, and development practitioner with over 30 years’ experience in leadership, governance, and public policy. He is Executive Director of ALMA, a lecturer at the University of Zimbabwe, and former Economic Advisor to Zimbabwe’s Prime Minister (2009–2014). He has consulted for government, UN agencies, the World Bank, and the private sector, and is a prolific author and community development advocate.

I have been a church Pastor for 43 years and taught for 22 years in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the University of Zimbabwe; Currently I am the Executive Director of Africa Counseling and Chaplaincy Academy for 17 years, the President of Africa Chaplains Association for 17 years and the Bishop of Life and Liberty Church Zimbabwe for 20years.

Pindai Sithole is a seasoned academic, researcher and development consultant with international experience in Africa, Asia, Australia and the United States of America. He has 15 years of teaching, supervision and examination of dissertations up to PhD level in various universities in Zimbabwe, Namibia and South Africa. Dr. Jacqueline N. Mutua is a lecturer, consultant, researcher, and Academic Leader for the MA in Leadership Studies at International Leadership University. She is also a Senior Research Associate at Roots and Wings RDO, Kenya. She holds a PhD in Leadership and Public Governance, an MA in Sociology, and a BA in Anthropology. With over 20 years’ experience in project management and community health, she has worked with Amref, PATH, Save the Children, and Jhpiego.

Prof. Timothy Mwangi Kiruhi, PhD is an Associate Professor of Leadership Ethics and Governance and the Vice Chancellor of International Leadership University (ILU). With over 40 years of experience in higher education, institutional governance, and resource mobilization, he has also chaired the Governing Councils of the University of Nairobi and Tharaka University. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and a First Class Honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nairobi, and is the founder of the Ethical Leadership Network (ELNET).
