Dr. Moses Chundu

Director of Consultancy Services

Dr. Moses Chundu, is the Executive Director and Team leader at ALMA (Africa Leadership & Management Academy) specialized in training and consulting on leadership and governances. He is an accomplished Economist, Strategist, Development Practitioner and Thought Leader with practical experience in the corporate and governance space spanning across key sectors of the economy. A major highlight of his illustrious career is when he served as Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister of Zimbabwe between 2009 and 2014. He also lectures at the University of Zimbabwe-Department of Economics and Development in the area of International Business, Agriculture Economic Policy and Macroeconomics. Dr Chundu holds a PhD in Economics, and MSc in Economics and a BSc Honours in Economics from the university of Zimbabwe.

Dr Pindai Sithole

Senior Leadership Consultant

Dr. Pindai Mangwanindichero Sithole is a distinguished academic and community development consultant with a dual career spanning over 26 years of international practice. For the past 16 years, he has served as a university-level educator, specializing in research methodologies, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), governance, and policy development. Since 2018, he has provided strategic leadership as the Programs Coordinator at the Africa Leadership and Management Academy (ALMA), where he oversees academic excellence and curriculum quality. As an international community development thought practitioner, he has led high-impact baseline studies and program evaluations for global NGOs and UN agencies across the SADC region and beyond. Dr. Sithole’s current research and publications focus on the intersection of Indigenous Knowledge Systems (IKS) and sustainable socio-economic development. He is a recognized expert in Mixed-Methods research and evaluation, leveraging over two decades of proficiency and high impact quantitative and qualitative data analysis through use of Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS) and NVivo computer applications to drive evidence-based planning and decision-making.
